Free plan: free of charge
Light plan: $29 / month or $290 / year
Standard plan: $59 / month or $590 / year
Setup fee: $0
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Applicable tax is added at checkout.
- Other charges
Applicable tax. Internet connection fees are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
Credit card (Stripe)
If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact our sales team.
- Payment timing
Monthly billing: when you sign up, you pay a prorated fee from the sign-up date to the end of that month. After that, one month’s fee is charged automatically on the 1st of each month.
Yearly billing: when you sign up, you pay for one year. After that, you are charged automatically every year.
When changing from the Light plan to the Standard plan, the difference for the remainder of the billing period is charged on a prorated basis.
- Term and automatic renewal
There is no minimum term.
Unless cancelled, monthly billing renews automatically every month and yearly billing every year.
- Free plan
Free of charge with no time limit. No credit card is required.
It never switches to a paid plan automatically, and no fees are charged.
- When the service is available
Immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan, or change to the Free plan, from Plan in the dashboard.
Cancellation (the change to the Free plan) takes effect at the end of the billing period in which you apply. You can keep using the service until then, and the fees up to that date are charged.
- Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the service, fees already paid are not refunded. No prorated refund is given for cancellation in the middle of a period.
However, if we end the service for our own reasons, we will refund the amount corresponding to the unused period.
- System requirements
Dashboard: the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox
To install the tracking tag, you need to be able to add HTML (a tag) to your website.
