The following information about paid plans of Social Feed by grip space is provided under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Light plan: $8 / month or $80 / year
Standard plan: $24 / month or $240 / year
Free plan: free of charge
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Applicable taxes are added at checkout according to your location.
- Other charges
Applicable taxes. Internet connection fees are borne by the customer.
- Payment method
Credit card (Stripe)
- Payment timing
The first fee is paid when you sign up for a paid plan. After that, monthly plans are charged every month and yearly plans every year, on the same day as the sign-up date.
- Term and automatic renewal
Monthly plans renew automatically every month, and yearly plans every year. There is no minimum term.
- When the service is available
Immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Plan changes
Changes to a higher plan, and changes from monthly to yearly billing, take effect immediately after the change is completed. You pay the difference for the remaining days of the current billing period at the time of the change (when changing from monthly to yearly, a new billing period starts on the day of the change).
Changes to a lower plan, and changes from yearly to monthly billing, take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from “Plan” in the dashboard. After cancelling, you can keep using the paid plan until the end of the paid period, after which your account switches to the Free plan.
- Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the service, fees already paid are not refunded. No prorated refund is given for cancellation in the middle of a period.
However, if we end the service for our own reasons, we will refund the amount corresponding to the unused period.
- System requirements
Dashboard: the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Firefox
An Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) is required to connect with Instagram.
